Scrapbooking Calendar Christmas Gifts

If you have been following me for very long you know that every year I love creating Scrapbooking Calendar Christmas Gifts for my Mom and my Grandma. These Calendars are simply 12×12 Traditional Scrapbooking layouts attached to a blank Calendar.

I love creating homemade DIY gifts for Christmas. I just never seem to have enough time to get them all done.

Back in January I did a Calendar Workshop with Megan from Above Rubies Studio. I did 6 12×12 layouts and she did 6. For some reason I thought I was done with my Calendars! When I got them out last week I realized they still needed some work!

I worked on a few more layouts over the weekend and now I only have June, October and November to get completed.

Here are photos of the months I have done. We start with January where I used my Cricut to cut this really cute snowman! I also used some a Scrapbooking kit called  “Bundle Up Paper“ by Carta Bella.
I really loved this layout with the cute snowman and the Scrapbooking kit came with 12×12 Scrapbooking paper and stickers.

February was easy! I had a 12×12 double layout that I did almost 6 years ago. In fact it was the scrapbooking class that I ever taught using my Cricut and Stampin’ Up Product.

March was one of my favorite layouts from this Calendar Series. I was able to use Designer Paper from Stamping’ Up that was exclusive to the Sale-A-Bration Sale that was happening during those months.
It came beautiful and it was one of the more simple layouts to put together.

For April I wanted to go simple! There is nothing more simple that Project Life. I had this layout already created for a Team Project I was working for my Stampin’ Up Team. I didn’t want this go to waste so I used for April.

I love using my Cricut and I wish that I had more time to get it. I miss using it! Back when I first got it I used it every single day. Whenever I get it out and use it my husband will say “I kind of miss hearing that thing everyday”!

For May I used the April Shower Cartridge to cut the bird house and heart! I also used a few Project Life Cards.

I still need to crate a layout for June. For July I used some the Project Life American Themed Cards. These card I had purchased to document a vacation we took to Washington DC last year but I had never got around to using them.

They worked out perfect for this Calendar page.

I was inspired to use the Sunshine Designer Paper from Stampin’ Up for August. There is just something about the color combination Yellow and Grey that I love.  I also decided to keep this simple by just adding one stamped image.

September, October and November all still need to be done! These 3 layouts will easy to put together because they have simple themes like Fall and Halloween!

For December I used some of Stamping’ Up current holiday product! Some beautiful Christmas paper, Gold Glitter Paper and a set of Christmas Stamps and Framelits.

These are one of my favorite things to put together each year! My Grandma and Mom both know that they get one each year so its not a surprise any more. However they love looking through each month to see the different layouts.

I hope you have enjoyed seeing these Calendar Pages and will of course be sharing with you the months that still need to be completed over the next few weeks.

If you are interested in me put together another Calendar Workshop for the beginning of the year please let me know by either leaving me a comment or sending me an email at
