Simple DIY Thanksgiving Card With Tweet Leaves!

I’m so very happy that November is here and here in sunny California we are finally getting some cold, wet weather! You know how much I love my rainy days. I just love the way life feels so calm and clean when it is raining!

Well, enough about the weather and how happy it is making me! Today I thought I would share with you a Simple DIY Thanksgiving Card With Tweet Leaves from Stampin’ Up! This stamp is from at least 3 years ago.

Remember to look through ALL the stamps when creating a project. Sometimes we get caught up in what is new and we forget that we have something in our stash already!

I loved the way this card came out and I’m thinking it will work perfectly for my Thanksgiving cards. The best thing about this card is the card base could be any of the 5 colors of ink I used to stamp with.

How much do you love these? I really wanted to find a way to put ribbon on these but I felt like the only color that would work really well would be Early Espresso and I didn’t have any ribbon in that color.

I am finding that when I make cards I don’t like using a lot of Designer Paper! I don’t always think to layer together so I feel like its better for me to try and keep it simple with the stamping.

You can pick up any of these items listed below at my online store HERE or by clicking on any of the photos below. {I’m sorry to say that Tweet Leaves Stamp is retired and I don’t have it for sale}

I would love to know if you are creating Thanksgiving Cards for family and friends or if you stick to just creating Christmas Cards! Leave me a comment below and let me know!
I’m not sure how many videos I will get up for you this week I am in catch up mode this week!!! I hope you are having a great day!
