There is always part of me that is sad when Thanksgiving Day rolls around, it means that Christmas will be here before I can blink and the Holiday Season will be over! It seems that the days are just going by so much faster than I would like them to.

In fact I have to admit that I completely dropped the ball this week with the kids Thanksgiving Treats and teacher gifts. I just couldn’t believe that it was already time to make Thanksgiving goodies. It seems like I was just making Halloween treats yesterday!

I made up gifts for Violet’s Teacher Mrs Miller as well as the Teachers Aid that helps out in the Kindergarten class. Can you believe that there are 27 4-6 years old in her class! Wowzers can I just say I’m glad I’m a blogger and not a Kindergarten teacher!

Hats of to all you teachers! You guys ROCK!!!

I also wanted to give a Kayla’s teachers, Principal and Sara who works in the office a candle as well. Candles make a quick and simple gift. They are easy to dress up for any holiday.

My favorite candles around this time of the year are the Pumpkin Spice Candles at Walmart. These smell amazing and the large ones are $5.00. You can get the smaller ones for $1
I also will pick up off season candles at Michael’s or Joann’s  for 50% – 75% off and keep them on hand so that I can use them as gifts all year long.
