White Paper = Perfection!

Hi Everyone,

I have a great tip that I saw on another blog a long time ago.  I shared it with Tina today and of course we couldn’t remember where the tip came from becasue we both look at so many blogs.  Anyway, I told Tina about it and she said I had to share.

At WalMart they sell white 8 1/2 x 11 cardstock.  I think it’s about $4.88 a pack.  There are 150 sheets and it’s 110lb weight.  It is PERFECT for pre cutting….

Here’s what I do.  I decide what I want to cut then I cut it out from the white cardstock first and see if the size that is cut the correct size.  Hope that helps!
Anyone else have any tips on getting that perfect cut without wasting all the beautiful, expensive paper?

I like to use my Gypsy or CDS to figure out sizing…I put a rectangle on the mat that is the size of how much space I have, then I fit my cuts inside to figure out what size I need to cut…then I either cut with the CDS or G or straight from the cart sometimes too…even if you don't have either of these, you can download a free trial of CDS
