Project Life By Stampin’ Up All Year Long

Today I’m sharing the Project Life By Stampin’ Up All Year card kit, and I’m excited to be sharing this with you here on my website, and over on Wendy’s Website!

It was exciting to be a Guest Designer on her website today.

As many of you know, Wendy and I have been friends for 20 years now. We are more like sisters than friends! It is such a blessing to be able work together with each other in our businesses.

In my video below here on my website I shared some “extra” footage with you! I wanted to share with you a few other things that I’ve done with the layout.

{Project Life By Stampin’ Up All Year Long}

I enjoy working with the physical Project Life product, which is why I love all the kits that Stampin’ Up has.

It makes it so nice to already have things like ink, cardstock, and embellishments that coordinate with the kits.

Project Life By Stampin' Up All Year Long

Project Life By Stampin' Up All Year Long

It is easy to put these pages together, and not worry about the photos until November. It will be easy to drop the photo in the pocket once November gets here.

Christmas Light Punch Art

Christmas Light Punch Art

I just had to start with a photo of this card today!!! I can’t get over how cute this little guy came out, nor can I get over the fact that I really made it!

This has to be the most creative card I have ever created.

I promised myself I would not start in with the Christmas Card for a few more weeks, however with all these beautiful Christmas products sitting in my craft room I just can’t help it.

{Christmas Light Punch Art}

These  are the two cards I started out with. I really wanted to do something with some splatters but it just didn’t work out in the end.

Christmas Light Punch Art

Adding a Basic Black layer to the card the second time around really made the card pop. Leave me a comment and let me know if you like with a black layer, or without.

My awesomely amazing husband suggested a red background layer instead of a black one…just saying!! (And of course he added this as he was editing the post for me!!!!!!! It was a great suggestion, not sure about the “awesomely, amazing” part!!!)

The thing that makes this card work is the Gold Bakers Twine! Don’t forget to pick some of that up HERE.

Christmas Light Punch Art

You can pick up any of these items in my online store HERE, or by clicking on the photos below. Remember to use this HOST CODE: H93Y2RUN to get your free card kits, and designer paper from me this month.

Supply List

I am going to be making a few more of these cards because I can’t get over how cute these little Christmas Lights turned out! They are simply too cute not to make more of.

Project Life October 2016 Set Up

Finally, Finally lets dive into Project Life! I can’t tell you how much I’ve been missing my Project Life Album! I have also been missing sharing with you where I’m at, and how things are going.

Over the last few weeks I’ve had some major struggles!

It started with summer, and ended with my Mac Book Pro kind freaking out on me. Which ended up being because the darn thing is simply smarter than me.

I’ve been working really hard getting my photos back under control, and organized. I can’t recommend David A Cox on YouTube enough. You can find his YouTube channel HERE! If you have questions about a MAC he is your guy.

{Project Life October 2016 Set Up}

I decided to set up October in the design paper by Stampin’ UP! called Halloween Night. This designer paper has a Halloween/Fall theme to it, which made it easy to use for this month.

Project Life October Pages

You can see in my video above that I’ve dropped all of my paper into the correct slots, along with anything I thought I might want to use for that weeks layout. I didn’t take time to do anything elaborate at this point.

Project Life October Pages

My main goal is to have October ready for photos to go into the slots, and then during that week I can do more embellishing.

Project Life October Pages

You may have noticed that all of the paper used is designer paper, this means I will type out my journaling for October and place it over the different designs.

This will be nice because it allows me to switch up the way I’m doing my journaling.

Project Life October Pages

You can pick up any of the supplies I used in my online store HERE, or by clicking on the photo below. Make sure to use this months Host code: H93Y2RUN so that you can get your FREE Card kits.

A Little Foxy And A Little Fall

This card uses the Vintage Leaves Stamp set, and the designer paper. This would be perfect for a birthday card, thank you card, or just as it is.

Spooky Ghost Window Card

I have a small confession to share with you. I’m not a fancy card maker. (Shhh don’t tell Stampin’ UP!  they may fire me!!!!!!) When I first found Stampin’ UP! product I was a crazy, traditional scrapbooker.

I knew nothing about card making, I had never even thought about stamping.

I truly fell in love with Stampin’ Up product, and the company. I love creating, and sharing, so it seems to be a perfect fit. Now many, many, moons later I still feel more like a memory keeper, than a card maker.

While most of my card creations are simple, and enjoy casing others, I do have moments every now, and again where I get vision for a card.  Once I make it I actually squeal out load… because I can’t believe I’ve created it.

{Spooky Ghost Window Card}

I created two different cards using the window sheets to create a see through panel. This card I will be using for my In Person class next month. I will make this one on camera for you guys in a few short weeks.

Spooky Ghost Window Card

How much do you love this card? I can’t get over how cute it is. I loved using the Paisley Framelet Die Set to create these Ghosts. This was also the first time I used some of the Copic Markers I’ve been collecting over the last few months.

Spooky Ghost Window Card

Purchase any of the supplies I used in my online store HERE, or by clicking on the photos below. If you order is less than $150.00 please use host code: H93Y2RUN
You will receive FREE Card Kits, and Designer Paper for each qualifying order.

Supply List

At the end of my video I forgot to show you how I used the Wink Of Stella Brush to add a little shimmer to the ghosts. It seems I use that little Wink Of Stella Brush on each, and every project I put together these days.

Wink Of Stella Brush Pens

I would love to know which card you liked the best. The Ghost Card, or the Pumpkin Card? You know I love all my Fall, and Pumpkin stuff, but I have to admit that I really am in love with those tiny little ghosts.

6 Different Cards With Cookie Cutter Bundle

I might be on a little bit of a Christmas Crafting kick. A few days ago I got my first box of Christmas goodies from Stampin’ Up. I put off ordering anything Christmas until this month because I just knew this would happen to me….

I opened the box of Christmas stuff, and it opened the can of crazy in my head.

Now I’m resisting the urge to tell my husband I’m ready to put up the Christmas Decorations, and bust out the “The Santa Clause Movies” with Tim Allen!

I’m not sure if I can tuck the crazy in, so you will have to bear with me while I share some Christmas fun.

{6 Different Cards With Cookie Cutter Bundle}

For these 3 cards I used a little pop of Bermuda Bay. I bet you thought I would put away the Bermuda Bay until after the Holiday Season…. No such luck!

6 Different Cards With Cookies Cutter Bundle

Two of these cards are SWAP cards I received last week. The spinner card was created by the amazing Cindee Wilkerson. I love how that little guy is spinning around, and around! (You spin me round, and round like a “record baby”…Make sure to leave me a comment if you get it!)

Before I head out for the day I just want to say great big THANK YOU to all of you who stop by my website, and support my business. I’ve been blown away at some of the kind messages I have received lately.

As a wife, and mom to 3 small children, along with running a household, and business I don’t always get a chance to get back to all of you through the comments here on my website, or on Youtube!

Thank you filling each day with such joy. I appreciate each one you!
